Manifesto for Universal, Worldwide Participation in a Vote to Impeach George W. Bush
According to the United Nations agreement, Principles on Human Rights and Environment (The Ksentini Principles, July 6, 1994)
All persons have the right to a secure, healthy, and ecologically sound environment: this right and other human rights, including civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights, are universal, interdependent and indivisible.
Never before in the history of the planet has one country had as much power in the world as the U.S. does now. Because its power conflicts with peoples’ universal rights, we affirm that there be universal, global participation in a vote to impeach the President of the United States.

Part of the process to build a new world is vote to impech George W. Bush. My argument is the Ksentini Principles and I understant that there be universal, global participation in a vote to impeach the President of the United States.
For another world with peace and solidarity
In Europe many people will like to impeach Bush
In Latin America many of us would love to impeach Bush as we can see every time he comes to press our governments to do what he wants and kiss his... mmmm can I say that word here? I guess is a place to be polite, so I'll miss "that" word but you know what I mean.

As you wrote, there are many people in the subordinated countries especially in Middle East ones who like to impeach against Bush and his criminal comrades i.e D.Cheny. But where are some powerful international Orgs? but I think the people are a second superpower, if they come to put their hands on by solidarity.
I think we need some same manifests on the othe social issues or other accurances that have social consequences i.e warming, immigration, street children, violence,..
